Rivercene

Rivercene is a historic house located near New Franklin, Missouri, built in 1869. This two-story, Second Empire style brick dwelling is notable for its distinctive orange color, slate mansard roof, and four wood porches. It served as the residence of Joseph Beeler Kinney, a captain of steamboats on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. The house was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
