NASCAR Hall of Fame - purpose-built motorsports museum

The NASCAR Hall of Fame opened in 2010 at a purpose-built facility dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of NASCAR. The angular glass-and-steel building at the site includes a large atrium and a 'Great Hall' used for rotating exhibits, ceremonies, and interactive displays. It sits beside the Charlotte Convention Center and is a central element of Uptown Charlotte's motorsports-related cultural attractions.
