Ross Tavern

The Ross Tavern is a historic building located in Ipswich, Massachusetts, known for its rich history and architectural significance. Originally built around 1680, it was moved to its current site in 1940 after being carefully restored to reflect its First Period appearance. The tavern, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, combines elements from two different structures, including the Lord-Collins House, one of the few First Period homes showcasing a transom window.
