The Waterloo Masonic Temple, located in Waterloo, Iowa, is a historic building that reflects the city's growth and architectural heritage. Established in 1857, the Masonic lodge evolved over the years, leading to the construction of the current temple in the 1920s. Designed by local architect John G. Ralston in the unique 'Phoenician Revival' style, the temple features striking dark red brick and light grey limestone, with intricate Masonic symbols and Moorish peaks adorning its façade.
