Sarasota Herald Building

The Sarasota Herald Building, located at 539 South Orange Avenue in Sarasota, Florida, is a historic site that served as the headquarters for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune from 1925 to 1969. Built by Owen Burns, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1984. After its time as a newspaper headquarters, the building was purchased and renovated by the Sarasota Woman's Exchange, with further renovations completed in 1982, making it a notable landmark for visitors interested in local history and architecture.
