Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception

Construction of the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception began in 1902 and the building was dedicated in 1912. The cathedral serves as the mother church of the Archdiocese of Denver and hosts regular liturgies and major diocesan events. Its twin spires and stained-glass windows are prominent features visible from surrounding downtown neighborhoods.
