Corder Building

The Corder Building is a historic English Cottage-style structure located in downtown Berkeley, California, built in 1900. Recognized for its architectural significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Designed by notable architect James W. Plachek, who contributed to several key buildings in Berkeley, the Corder Building now houses the Shattuck Apartments on its upper floors, while a pharmacy occupies the ground level, making it a blend of historical charm and modern utility.
