Pioneer Plaza Cattle Drive Sculptures

Pioneer Plaza is a downtown public park known for its large bronze sculpture installation depicting a 19th-century cattle drive, with 49 longhorn steers and three trail riders created by sculptor Robert Summers. The work commemorates the cattle drives that passed through the region and is one of the largest bronze monuments of its kind in the United States. The plaza includes landscaped terraces and a waterfall and is adjacent to the convention and Reunion areas of downtown Dallas.
