Pride Place

Pride Place is a groundbreaking LGBTQIA+ senior housing community located in Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. This innovative development, the first of its kind in Washington, features 118 apartment units along with a clinic and offices for the GenPride Senior Center. The project addresses the unique housing needs of older LGBTQIA+ adults, as highlighted in a 2018 report by the Goldsen Institute. Officially opened on October 25, 2023, Pride Place also includes a community center and will soon host a local bubble tea shop, Sunright Tea, making it a hub for both residents and the broader community.
