Mission San José's Rose Window

Mission San José features a carved limestone 'Rose Window' on the church facade that is an iconic example of 18th‑century Baroque stonework in the region. The window survives as part of the restored church and is one of the mission's most photographed architectural elements. The mission is administered by the National Park Service as part of San Antonio Missions National Historical Park.
