Villa Sellgren

Villa Sellgren is a historic dacha located on Lodochny Island in the Gulf of Finland, designed by Finnish architect Uno Ullberg and completed in 1913. This picturesque estate, which served as a filming location for a Russian adaptation of Arthur Conan Doyle's 'His Last Bow' in 1986, was part of national forest reserves until its rezoning in 2012 for construction. The villa has gained attention due to claims by opposition leader Alexei Navalny regarding its ownership by Vladimir Putin through associates, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers.
