Oregon Historical Society archives of tribal documents

The Oregon Historical Society Research Library holds treaty documents, tribal records, photographs, and oral histories related to the Indigenous peoples of Oregon, including materials pertaining to tribes such as the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Researchers and members of the public use these collections to study Native histories and legal agreements tied to Oregon. The Society also mounts museum exhibitions and public programs on Native American history in the state.
