Conservatory of Flowers

The Conservatory of Flowers is a Victorian-era greenhouse in Golden Gate Park that opened in the late 19th century and houses a collection of rare and historic plant species. The wood-and-glass conservatory is one of the oldest surviving structures of its type in North America and underwent major restoration work after storm and age-related damage. It functions as both a botanical collection and a public museum of horticulture.
