Ivory Perry Homestead

The Ivory Perry Homestead, located in Dublin, New Hampshire, is a historic house built around 1767 by one of the town's first settlers, Ivory Perry. This 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure features a gabled slate roof and retains many original 18th-century elements, including a large kitchen fireplace. Enlarged in 1820, the house showcases modest Federal styling and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Visitors can appreciate its historical significance and architectural features, as well as its connection to early education in the area, as Perry also built a nearby schoolhouse.
