Rodin Museum's secluded sculpture garden

The Rodin Museum on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway houses one of the largest collections of Auguste Rodin’s sculptures outside France, including multiple casts of The Thinker and The Gates of Hell. The museum is set within a walled garden and small neoclassical building that sit back from the main thoroughfare, which can make the collection easy for Parkway visitors to miss. The site is run by the Philadelphia Museum of Art and maintains formal grounds and gallery space dedicated to Rodin’s work.
