Johnson Home Farm

Johnson Home Farm was a historic house located near Taylor's Bridge in New Castle County, Delaware, built around 1790. This Federal-style home featured a two-story, five-bay design with a gable roof and interior brick chimneys. Notable for its center-passage plan, the house measured 39 feet wide by 22 feet deep, and a two-story wood-frame kitchen wing was added in the mid-19th century. Although it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, the structure was unfortunately demolished before 2002, making it a lost piece of Delaware's architectural history.
