Oldfields (Lilly House) at Newfields

Oldfields, commonly called the Lilly House, is a historic estate on the grounds of Newfields (the Indianapolis Museum of Art). The Georgian Revival mansion and formal gardens date to the 1920s–1930s and were the country estate of the Lilly family. The property was bequeathed to the museum and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The site is interpreted for visitors as an example of early 20th-century country place design.
