Switchyards Building

The Switchyards Building is a historic structure located in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia, built in 1928. Originally home to various businesses, including a tire company and printing firms, it later housed the Lanier brothers' dictation machine company and Oxford Industries, which evolved into a major clothing manufacturer. In the 1970s, it served as offices for the United Services Organization and the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. In 2014, the building was transformed into a business incubator and coworking space known as Switchyards Downtown Club, officially opening in 2016 and attracting entrepreneurs and civic leaders.
