University of Texas Tower (Main Building)

The Main Building, commonly called the UT Tower, is the central administrative building and an iconic landmark on the University of Texas at Austin campus. The tower was completed in the 1930s and is frequently illuminated in burnt orange to mark university achievements and special events. The site houses offices and an observation area historically used for campus views and ceremonies.
