Union (towers)

Union is a unique co-living development featuring two towers in the vibrant St John's area of Manchester, England. The first phase, a striking 112-metre tall, 36-storey building, is notable for being the UK's first rent-by-the-room co-living space, where residents are paired with housemates through a questionnaire. Designed by the architectural firm Denton Corker Marshall, this innovative structure is set to become the 19th tallest building in Greater Manchester by December 2025. The second phase will add a 32-storey tower, expected to be completed in 2025, enhancing the area's appeal with additional amenities including a gym and commercial spaces.
