Hompesch Hunting Lodge

The Hompesch Hunting Lodge, or Id-Dar tal-Kaċċa, is an 18th-century hunting lodge located in Naxxar, Malta, originally built for Grand Master Ferdinand von Hompesch zu Bolheim of the Order of St. John. This historic building showcases traditional Maltese vernacular architecture, featuring a modest façade with a main entrance and a horse stable door. Despite its dilapidated state, the lodge remains a significant landmark near other historical sites, including Gauci Tower and Captain's Tower.
