Ephraim Buck House

The Ephraim Buck House, located in Wilmington, Massachusetts, is a historic First Period house dating back to around 1704, with some parts possibly being older. This unique structure showcases architectural features such as 'Beverly jogs' on both sides and a central chimney, indicating it was built in phases. Originally constructed by early colonial settler Roger Buck and his son Ephraim, it was home to two families. The house underwent a Federal period restyling around 1770, enhancing its historical significance. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990 and is part of the Buck's Corner Historic District established in 2003, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and colonial history.
