Rolighed (Skodsborg)

Rolighed is a historic former country house located in Skodsborg, approximately 16 km north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally established in 1780 by Norwegian civil servant Carsten Anker, the current structure was completed in 1927 and showcases the Bedre Byggeskik architectural style. The estate has a rich history, having been owned by notable figures such as English merchant John Christmas and British diplomat Peter Browne. In 2010, Rolighed was acquired by Maersk and now serves as the Center of Leadership, following extensive restoration.
