Gateway Plaza (Zhubei)

Gateway Plaza is an ambitious skyscraper complex currently under construction in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. Comprising twin towers, the North Tower will rise to 119.4 meters and the South Tower will reach 191 meters, making it the tallest building complex in Hsinchu County upon completion. Designed with a focus on sustainable urbanism, the project includes green towers, skybridges, and landscaped plazas, aiming to create a vibrant mixed-use hub that integrates smart offices and a shopping complex with the nearby Hsinchu High Speed Rail Station. The development is set to enhance pedestrian accessibility and connect with the surrounding waterway forest park, contributing to the vision of a 'Future Central Park of Hsinchu'.
