Johnson-Morris House

The Johnson-Morris House, located in northern New Castle County, Delaware, is a historic fieldstone farmhouse dating back to around 1803. This two-story structure features a unique design with four bays and an added two-story ell. Originally a central farmstead until 1937, it was purchased by Judge Hugh M. Morris, who expanded and renovated the house with Colonial Revival elements. The property, which is adjacent to White Clay Creek State Park, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in American history and architecture.
