Kingsley Plantation (Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve)

Kingsley Plantation on Fort George Island is a National Park Service site that includes the oldest surviving plantation house in Florida, constructed in the late 18th century. The site retains original slave quarters and landscape features and presents archaeological and interpretive installations about plantation life and enslaved labor. Kingsley Plantation is part of the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve and offers public tours and educational programming.
