Hotel Emma (Pearl Brewery)

Hotel Emma occupies a converted brewery building in the Pearl district and opened in 2015 after an adaptive reuse of the former Pearl Brewery complex. It is named for Emma Koehler, who ran the Pearl Brewing Company in the early 20th century, and preserves many industrial architectural features from the brewery. The property is a centerpiece of the Pearl redevelopment, which repurposed historic industrial buildings into commercial and cultural uses.
