Grato Passage

Grato Passage is an impressive 8-storey mixed-use building located in the vibrant Vera district of Tbilisi, Georgia. Completed in 2010, it features 8450 square meters of office and retail space, along with parking for 100 cars. The building, designed by AG & Partners and developed by Benett and Benett Capital Ltd, showcases a striking facade of white travertine stone and burgundy bricks. Notably, it is connected to the Philharmonic Hall via a unique glassed walking bridge, the only one of its kind in Tbilisi. Grato Passage gained attention when it hosted Tbilisi Fashion Week in 2010, utilizing its unfinished interior as a stunning backdrop for fashion shows.
