Opened in July 2015, this expansive facility spans over 505,139 square feet, with 456,412 square feet dedicated to refrigeration, and has the capacity to store approximately 350 million pounds of frozen food. Originally financed by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler for Preferred Freezer Services, it has since changed ownership and continues to play a crucial role in the logistics of frozen food storage.
