Thom Block

The Thom Block is a historic mixed-use building located at 83-89 Main Street in Milford, Massachusetts. Completed in 1891, it is notable for being the only structure in Milford constructed from locally quarried granite. Originally featuring three retail spaces on the ground floor and two residential units on each upper floor, the building's interior was significantly damaged by fire just before its completion. It was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
