Rad Sladkovsky

The Rad Sladkovsky lodge, also known as Pishelville Hall, is a historic building near Verdigre, Nebraska, constructed in 1884. It was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. This lodge served as a significant meeting hall for the Czech community, hosting the Zapadni Ceska Bratrska Jednota, the oldest Czech fraternal order in Nebraska. Originally part of the Czech-Slovak Protective Society, it became incorporated into the ZCBJ in 1897, making it a vital part of local cultural heritage.
