Sickles Tavern, also known as Hickory Inn, is a historic inn and tavern located near Wayland, Missouri, built around 1846. This two-story, vernacular frame structure exemplifies a 'two-thirds house' design, featuring a full basement and attic. Once a popular stopping point for mail and passenger coaches traveling from Iowa to Kansas during the 19th century, it offers a glimpse into the region's past.
