EPM Intelligent Building

The EPM Intelligent Building, located in Medellín, Colombia, serves as the headquarters for the public utilities company Empresas Públicas de Medellín. This modern architectural marvel, completed in 1993, features a unique design inspired by the Lloyd's building in London and is surrounded by lush greenspace and outdoor fountains. Notable for its innovative construction, the building incorporates advanced seismic standards and utilizes materials like concrete, steel, glass, and aluminum.
