Seattle Asian Art Museum (Volunteer Park)

The Seattle Asian Art Museum is housed in an Art Deco building in Volunteer Park and is a component of the Seattle Art Museum focused on Asian art and culture. The museum building originally opened in 1933 and after a major renovation and seismic retrofit was reintroduced as a dedicated Asian art facility. It displays rotating and permanent collections of works from across Asia within a historic park setting.
