The Austonian luxury condominium tower

Completed in 2010, The Austonian at 200 Congress Ave was, upon completion, the tallest residential building in Austin and for a time the city's tallest building. The condominium tower anchored a shift toward high-rise luxury living in downtown Austin and features penthouse residences and resident amenities. Its prominent location on Congress Avenue made it a major influence on the downtown skyline and residential market.
