Old Post Office Clock Tower observation deck

The Old Post Office clock tower rises approximately 315 feet above 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW and includes a public observation deck managed by the National Park Service. The tower was completed in 1899 as part of the Old Post Office Pavilion and remains one of the few high public vantage points in downtown Washington, D.C. Visitors reach the observation area by elevator and the deck offers panoramic views of the National Mall and surrounding monuments.
