National Gallery of Art – only Leonardo in the Americas

The National Gallery of Art houses Leonardo da Vinci's painting Ginevra de' Benci, the only Leonardo on public display in the Americas. The museum is organized into West and East Buildings, with the West Building holding the museum's pre-20th-century European paintings and sculpture. The National Gallery also operates a Sculpture Garden on the National Mall and offers free admission to its permanent collections.
