Toowoomba Court House

The Toowoomba Court House, a heritage-listed site in Queensland, Australia, was constructed between 1876 and 1943 and designed by architect Francis Drummond Greville Stanley. Located at 46 Neil Street, it showcases a blend of sandstone and rendered finishes, featuring a grand portico with wrought iron gates and decorative elements. Originally serving as a courthouse, it reflects Toowoomba's historical significance as a pastoral center. After its closure in 1979, the building underwent restoration and is now a private residence, preserving its architectural heritage while contributing to the local streetscape alongside other government buildings.
