Fabens Building

The Fabens Building, located at 312-344 Union Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, is a notable historic commercial structure built in 1890. It was constructed after a devastating fire in 1889 and designed by local architect Henry Warren Rogers in the Romanesque Revival style. Originally built for lawyer and judge William Fabens, the building features seven storefronts on the ground floor and office spaces above. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, highlighting its significance in the architectural history of Lynn.
