Huzoor Palace, Porbandar

Huzoor Palace, located in Porbandar, Gujarat, is a striking example of early 20th-century architecture influenced by European styles. Built by Rana Natwarsinhji, the last Maharaja of Porbandar, the palace features large windows offering views of the Arabian Sea and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and fountains. Although the palace is currently not open to tourists as it is privately owned by the Maharaja's descendants in London, it remains a significant landmark. During the Navratri festival, locals gather at the palace grounds to pay their respects to the former royal family, highlighting its cultural importance in the region.
