Omni Parker House

Opened in 1855 and located on School Street, the Omni Parker House is the longest continuously operating hotel in the United States. The hotel is commonly credited as the birthplace of the Parker House roll and the Boston cream pie, culinary items that originated in its historic kitchen. It occupies a prominent site in downtown Boston across from historic civic buildings and continues to operate as a hotel and restaurant.
