The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University

The Academy of Natural Sciences was founded in 1812 and is the oldest natural history museum in the Americas. Its public exhibits include dinosaur skeletons, wildlife dioramas, and a year‑round live butterfly exhibit, and the institution conducts ongoing scientific research and collections care. The museum offers educational programs for schools and the public and is located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
