St. Bartholomew's Church

Designed by architect Bertram Goodhue and completed in 1918, St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church on Park Avenue is a designated New York City landmark noted for its monumental architecture and liturgical art. The current church replaced an earlier downtown parish and contains significant stained glass and a historic pipe organ used in major services and concerts. The building remains an active parish and cultural presence on midtown Manhattan's Park Avenue corridor.
