Tour Geneve

Tour Geneve is a striking residential skyscraper located in the Altiplano district of João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil. Completed in 2018, it stands at 182.3 meters tall with 51 floors, making it the tallest building in the city and the sixth tallest in Brazil. The tower features a public observation deck that offers stunning views of the surrounding area. Designed by the Brazilian firm Paulo Macêdo e Sócios, its architecture is inspired by the Jet d'Eau fountain in Geneva, Switzerland, showcasing modern design with rounded shapes and a sleek facade. With 94 residential units, 45 office spaces, and 21 shops, it serves as a vibrant hub in the region, reflecting the growth and urban development of João Pessoa.
