Christian Specht Building

The Christian Specht Building, located at 1110 Douglas Street in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, is a historic landmark known for its unique cast-iron facade, the only one remaining in the state. Built in 1884 for Western Cornice Works, it showcases Italian Renaissance Revival architecture and has been recognized as an Omaha Landmark since 1981.
