Indianapolis Union Station

Indianapolis Union Station was completed in 1888 as the city's main passenger railroad terminal. The headhouse is built in a Richardsonian Romanesque style and historically connected to a large iron trainshed that served multiple railroads. The complex was a major Midwestern rail hub and today houses commercial/event space while continuing to serve Amtrak's Cardinal route.
