Broderick Tower (Broderick Hotel / Siren Hotel)

Built in the late 1920s as the Broderick Hotel, Broderick Tower is a Gothic Revival high-rise on Washington Boulevard notable for its ornamental brick and terra-cotta detailing. The building was later adapted for residential use and hospitality, including the boutique Siren Hotel occupying part of the structure. It contributes to the historic character of Detroit's Washington Boulevard corridor.
