The Shenzhen Urban Construction & Tower, also known as the Yunqi Tower, is a striking skyscraper located in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen, China. Standing at 333 meters tall with 72 floors, it is the 14th tallest building in the city. Completed in 2022, this modernist Grade A office building was developed by Shenzhen Urban Construction Development Group with a total investment of 2 billion RMB. Spanning over 150,000 square meters, it adheres to green building principles and has achieved LEED Gold certification. As a key project in the emerging financial district, it serves as a new landmark in Luohu, enhancing the urban landscape and providing high-quality office space.
