Abington House is a striking residential skyscraper located in the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Standing 33 stories tall and reaching 325 feet, this modern building features a distinctive pre-fabricated red brick facade. Designed by renowned architects Robert A.M. Stern, it offers 386 rental apartments and approximately 7,200 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. As the first building completed under the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project, Abington House began leasing in April 2014, marking a significant addition to the area's skyline and urban landscape.
