Smart Tower

Smart Tower, located at 6799 Ayala Avenue in Makati, Philippines, is a striking 36-storey skyscraper that serves as the headquarters for Smart Communications. Originally an unfinished 10-storey structure, it was transformed by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company into a modern office building, completed in 2009. Designed by Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners, the tower was initially named PLDT Tower before being renamed to reflect its current use. In 2020, the building was sold for $128 million, marking a significant transaction in the Makati business district.
